123 Hager St

The 123 Hager St project is a multifamily residential community located in Beckley, West Virginia, consisting of 49 residential units. As part of a comprehensive renovation and modernization effort, JC Mechanical & Plumbing LLC was responsible for upgrading and replacing the property's HVAC and plumbing systems to improve performance, efficiency, and long-term reliability. Scope of work included the removal and replacement of existing mechanical systems, installation of new HVAC equipment, updated plumbing infrastructure, and the addition of new exterior air conditioning units for each residence. The project demonstrates our ability to execute large-scale renovation work while bringing aging residential communities up to modern standards.
