The 425 Mountain View Rd project is a large-scale multifamily townhome development located in Beckley, West Virginia, consisting of 160 residential units across multiple buildings. Spanning a substantial footprint, the community showcases the scale and coordination required to execute mechanical systems across an entire residential neighborhood. JC Mechanical & Plumbing LLC delivered full HVAC and plumbing installations throughout the development, supporting construction from underground infrastructure and rough-ins through final fixture installation. Scope of work included complete HVAC systems, ductwork, ventilation, exterior air conditioning equipment, plumbing systems, and fixture integration for each residence. The project highlights our ability to manage high-volume mechanical installations while maintaining quality, consistency, and code compliance across a large multifamily community.
