510 Ewart Ave

The 510 Ewart Ave project is a multifamily apartment development located in West Virginia, consisting of 100 residential units across multiple buildings within the same community. JC Mechanical & Plumbing LLC is responsible for delivering full HVAC and plumbing systems throughout the development, supporting construction from initial underground infrastructure through final fixture installation. Scope of work includes HVAC system installation, ductwork, ventilation, exterior air conditioning equipment, plumbing rough-ins, kitchen and bathroom plumbing systems, and final fixture integration. The project demonstrates our ability to coordinate and execute complete mechanical systems across large-scale multifamily communities while maintaining quality, consistency, and code compliance throughout all phases of construction.
